富田林の築30年以上となる鉄筋コンクリートの集合住宅の現場。昨日はTERU定番の湯布珪藻土の施工でした。セメントやボンドなどのはいっていないこちらの塗り壁の調湿能力はほんとうにすごい。壁、勾配天井全て。全面断熱改修もしたし、きっと気持ちよくくつろいでいただけると思います。
Yesteday, plastering on the wall and the ceiling of a 30-year-old reinforced concrete apartment in Tondabayashi, Osaka was finished. Our material of plaster doesn’t contain cement or bond to set. So this plaster wall keep ability to absorb extra humidity in the room. We put insulations on the floor and the wall and ceiling, and replaced double pane windows with insulated frames.These brings more comfortable to my clients without doubt!
