JP,EN 打合せと採寸＠南大阪／Meetings and measurings in the south of Osaka prefecture.
本日の午前中は南河内の某市で半日。朝イチで一階の床張替えと備え付け収納作成のための採寸。断熱材を床下にいれて冷気を遮断します。
I had already visited 3 places in this morning. First one is new customer’a house. They want to replace old plywood floor boards to real wood boards, and make a big closet. I measured inside of house to design and arrange furnitures.
2軒目は現在フルリノベ中の現場。大工さんが掃き出し窓から少し立ち上がりのついた窓に入れ替え中でした。
Second, I was at one of our renovation constructions. When I arrived there, a carpenter was reinstalling a new double pane window.
外壁、屋根、主要構造の柱や梁以外はほとんど入れ替えて、これからの数10年を快適にくらしていただくために工事をしていきます。完成は11月の予定。完成見学界を予定しています。
We are replacing almost parts of this house without roof, outer wall, pillars and beams to make comfortable place to spend the time for a long time. We’ll have the open house event in November.
3軒目は去年お引き渡ししたフルリノベのお客さま。
Third, a customer’s house my company renovated last year.
車を買い換えられて駐車場のシャッターが干渉しそうなので新しい防犯扉を考えて欲しいとのこと。採寸。
They need to replace car parking place shutter door. Because the new car they bought in recently is kind of bigger than they thought. I measured here again!
木の家で気持ち良く暮らしていますよとのこと。嬉しい。
one of this family I met today told me they spend comfortable time here. I really feel happy to hear that!
